Roosevelt St. Addition

Bungalow gets a much needed kitchen addition. The kitchen is always the gathering space and with a family of 5 plus animals the entire family can now enjoy the kitchen and dining area together. The existing condition provided space for one person at a time in the kitchen. For this addition the exterior wall has been removed, footprint expanded and large deck added for additional entertaining space. The grading of the site is such that no railing is needed along the length of the deck which allows for great connectivity between spaces. There is a door to the new deck along with a fold up window at the kitchen and exterior countertop which continue that interior to exterior connectivity.
